Resin Miniatures faq
With the recent release of the Watchtower Shop, we’ve put together some answers to questions you might have regarding the resin miniatures there. We’ll try to update this with additional information as more questions come in!
When will I receive tracking for my pre-order?
After placing your pre-order, you’ll receive a confirmation email without any shipping information. Once shipment begins, you’ll receive a second email notifying you that the order has been shipped that will include tracking. Shipments are slated to begin on November 30th. You can expect a shipping email update around the first week of December.
What if I am outside of North America but would like to pre-order?
While we can’t guarantee that we’ll be able to ship to all regions, we will try to expand our shipping after November 30th when orders begin to ship. The shipping will likely be more expensive than the flat $10 rate. If you would like to pre-order now and are willing to pay the difference in shipping when the final products begin to ship, let us know by submitting the request through our contact us page and we will help you place the order.
Why are these being produced in limited runs?
These releases are created and packaged by our team here in the Pacific Northwest. They are time-consuming to create and require planning in order to produce and deliver. Our production scale is limited so we will only be able to make a set number of resin prints.
Why are prints pre-order only?
By giving ourselves some buffer-time between order and delivery, we’re better positioned to provide a smooth shipping process for orders. This is limited to 1st-edition printings and we hope to see future releases ship closer to the time that they are available in the shop.
What is the refund and return policy?
Refunds can be requested at any time prior to the shipping date of the resin release. We accept returns up to 30 days after the product has been shipped. In the case of broken, lost or stolen product, please notify us within 30 days of the order being shipped. All product returns or refund requests need to be submitted through our contact us page.
Will there be game content included with the resin prints?
Some releases will include game content. These pieces of content are intended to be fun twists on the role-playing aspects of the game or to replace existing game content aesthetically. They shouldn’t have a significant impact on the gameplay experience of Studium | No Exit and aren’t required to get the most out of the final product.
Why are these being released outside of the Kickstarter?
These limited edition releases are intended to give backers an opportunity to experience, paint, and preview the miniatures of the Studium while they wait for fulfillment of the Kickstarter. Our development process will take us well into 2024 before we can even begin to think about shipping pledges. These releases are aimed at putting something into the hands of folks who are excited about the project and want to engage with optional content in these early days.
When will the pledge manager for the core game go-live?
We’ll have the pledge manager as well as late pledges available before the end of 2023!
